Wholesale Application

Things to Know

Before applying for a Pore Petal wholesale account, please keep the following in mind:

• Third-party marketplace sales are not permitted. Pore Petal products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces or channels including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms without prior written authorization from Pore Petal.

• Our minimum wholesale order is CA$300, which may be spread across multiple eligible SKUs.

• Shipping is generally not included in wholesale pricing. Applicable shipping and delivery costs will be confirmed before your order is finalized.

• Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as an authorized Pore Petal wholesale partner.

• Wholesale approval does not grant exclusivity in any geographic area, sales channel, or customer segment unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• Wholesale pricing and purchasing privileges are intended solely for the approved business and approved resale channels and may not be transferred to another business or reseller.

• For international orders, the wholesale customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, permits, or local import requirements, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Minimum order requirements, product availability, and wholesale pricing may be updated from time to time.

• Once your application is approved, you will receive a Wholesale Agreement containing additional terms, including ordering, payment, resale, returns, brand use, and other wholesale conditions.
