1. Cleanse the affected area and make sure your skin is completely dry.

2. Carefully remove one XL patch from its protective backing.

3. Place the patch over the breakout area, making sure the blemishes are positioned beneath the hydrocolloid surface.

4. Gently press across the patch and along the edges to secure it in place.

5. Leave on for several hours or overnight, then gently remove and discard. Replace with a fresh patch as needed.
